Billing, without the maze

Every purchase is one-time. Nothing subscribes, nothing auto-renews, nothing charges you again unless you choose to.

Who charges your card

Checkout is handled by Stripe, our merchant of record. Your receipt and VAT invoice arrive by email from Stripe right after purchase. Prices are listed in GBP; your local currency and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay.

Renewals are optional, always

A licence includes two years of updates. When that window closes, your tools keep working — renewing is a separate one-time purchase you make only if you want access to new versions. There is no stored card and no recurring charge.

Refunds

Something wrong — bought the wrong tool, it doesn't work on your Mac, purchase didn't unlock? Email support@rudedog.dev with your receipt and we'll sort it out. Refunds are processed back through Stripe to your original payment method.

Finding a receipt

Search your inbox for “Stripe” or “Rude Dog” — the receipt is emailed the moment the payment clears. If you can't find it, email us and we'll resend it.
