Perpetual, with an updates window

Every licence is a one-time purchase that includes 12 months of updates. When the window closes, nothing is taken away: the version you own keeps working, offline, indefinitely. Renewing (an optional one-time purchase) re-opens access to new builds for another year. A lapsed window never disables anything.

Per-tool or Suite

Tool licences cover one tool. The Suite covers every tool — including any tool we release while your updates window is open, at no extra cost. Licences attach to your account (the email you use at checkout); sign in once in the free Mac app and every tool unlocks.

Free means full quality

Slates is free. Transcribe and Upscale have free Lite tiers that produce exactly the same output quality as Pro — no watermarks, no downscaled models. Lite is capped on throughput and options, never on results.

Offline by design

Licence checks happen on your Mac against a signed token — the tools don't phone home to run, and losing your connection never locks you out. You only need to be online to install, update, or refresh purchases.

Open source inside

The tools build on excellent open-source work, including whisper.cpp (MIT) and Real-ESRGAN (BSD-3). Full third-party notices ship inside each app.
